§ 8.16.030. Absolute prohibitions

Latest version.

No person, firm or corporation shall commence or permit to continue the burning of any of the following materials:

A. Garbage, dead animals, asphalt, petroleum products, paints, rubber products, plastics or any substance other than natural vegetation that normally emits dense smoke or obnoxious odors;

B. During any forecast, alert, warning or emergency conditions as defined by RCW 70.94.715;

C. During any impaired air quality condition as defined in RCW 70.94.473.
